The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), formerly the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), provides an opportunity for many people whose visas have been refused or cancelled to have another chance at having their visa granted or their cancellation revoked (reversed).
Strict deadlines and rules apply to ART Tribunal cases, however since the Tribunal would generally be seeing you in person at a hearing, you may have the opportunity to explain directly to the decision maker, in person, what you are proposing.
If you’ve had a visa refusal, get in touch with Northam Lawyers and we can help you sort through the options for moving your life forward.
